We do not allow returns on skin care products, any returns on boxes for any reason has to be approved by management before returning.
Once our skin products are sold we will not allow any exchanges or returns unless your package was damaged during shipping, then a claim must be filed through the UPS shipping carrier to start a refund process, here > File a Claim | UPS - United States
For help with an issue, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a return is needed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your box or products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on skin care, sale items or gift cards.
No exchanges on skin care products!
If a return is warranted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
