REFUND POLICY
We do not allow returns on skin care products, any returns on boxes for any reason has to be approved by management before returning. We will honor return on products that are flawed in consistency or texture.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim
For help with an issue, you can contact us at info@goodscentsoils.com If a return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your box or products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
No exchanges on skin care products unless your product is flawed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed from our end very quickly but can take up to seven days to return to your bank.
