Shipping policy
All packages are shipped worldwide via UPS.
Please give us 1 to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to receive, process and ship your products, if you're within the United States. If we have a heavy volume of orders to handle, then we ask you to allow 1 to 21 business days (not including holidays or weekends) as we do mix and package every product by hand. International orders could take longer due to COVID-19 and shipments going through customs.
YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO INSPECT YOUR BOX AND NOTIFY US OF ANY ISSUES! WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AFTER THAT TIME!
You may notice the shipping carrier will display during your checkout, that there is a 1 to 5 day transit time for shipments to arrive but that actually applies once we have placed your box on the truck. You can find movement on your package from the tracking number sent to your email once your order is complete. Expedited shipping is not available, we only ship ground. The rate you pay to have your packaged shipped comes directly from UPS, it is determined by the weight of the package and the distance the box is traveling to.
If you received your tracking number but you don’t see movement on your package just yet, this is because we pre-print shipping labels to get boxes ready for shipping. Please keep checking your tracking for movement. Try using the app SHOP PAY to keep up with where your package is or click VIEW ORDER inside of your email confirmation when you initially placed your order.
If you receive a tracking number and it is showing delivered but you don’t see your package, check your surrounding area to see if the driver placed it somewhere safe for you, check with your rental office or front desk concierge, check with your neighbors to see if they held your box for you and if none of those were the case then contact UPS at +1 (800) 742-5877 with your tracking number to file a claim. Most times if they can’t retrieve your package, they will provide you with a refund.
We offer Local Pickup to customers who are able to pick their orders up here in our Indiana store. If you choose to pick your order up there is a five day wait time to allot us time to prepare, once it is ready will notify you by phone or email. If you placed an order and paid for shipping that order can-not be picked up in store. If you live out of state and selected local pickup and you don't have someone nearby coming to get your products your order will be refunded!
COVID19 has made it very difficult to get inventory in a timely manner so please bear with us in receiving your order. Feel free to call us at any time to gain understanding.
We make all of the products from scratch and stuff every jar with love, you can certainly feel that once you begin using them, we are also catering to a growing customer base so please be patient in receiving your order.
